I've been watching television! I know, shocker. ;-) I haven't seen all of the new tv shows because, well, some of them don't look like my kind of thing, but I've seen a few. And now I'm going to talk about them.

Wow, it's kind of amazing how much work takes out of me. It makes me kind of sad that I have less time to spend surfing LJ, but at the same time this new routine is kind of nice. Now I get to spend Saturday morning digging through my f-list, putting all of the stories and recs into one, easy to read document that I get to enjoy during the next work ( Read more... )

So, dodger_sister has gotten me hooked on So You Think You Can Dance. I'd be more ashamed except the dancers are really freaking good. So now we spend an hour, or so, on Thursdays trying to choose who we thought the best dancers were and then we spend a little over an hour on Fridays waving our hands in the air over who was sent home this week. We've been watching Falling Skies here at FGC. Of course we are, it's about the alien apocalypse. The only way it could be better is if it were about zombie nazi raptors. Saw the last Harry Potter last night. Thought it was very thrilling and quite well done. My least favorite part was the epilogue, but I don't like that in the book, either. And it's not like they could have done the movie without it. I'm sure there are many Potter fans who love it and would bemoan its absence.
